Fellow APL and J Enthusiasts - Welcome Back to Toronto!

The Toronto APL Special Interest Group, local host of the highly successful APL93, is pleased to announce that we have again taken up the challenge of hosting this annual event for 1997. Please mark your calendar now for this comprehensive three day forum in downtown Toronto.

Toronto's Ryerson Polytechnic University will provide the venue this year, with it's fully equipped computer lab and lecture facilities.

Flavour of the Conference

Continuing the standard of excellence set by the 1996 J User Conference and APL96 conference, APL97 will consist of presentations by invited industry-leading speakers, APL and J product vendor forums, interactive tutorials, and hands-on workshops in PC-equipped teaching labs.

The conference will be of special importance to all developers of APL and J software applications, software consultants, and array-oriented language enthusiasts, as well as providing the usual friendly forum for exchange and discussion on all topics of interest to the global APL community.

Feedback

Early registration is a key factor in helping us prepare for APL97. Please register as early as possible so that we can determine numbers of conference attendees and make sure facilities are adequate for the event.

Please direct all feedback and inquiries about this event to the conference organizers.

Keep watching the SIG website for further information as it develops, at: http://www.torontoapl.org

The Toronto APL SIG looks forward to your support in helping us to provide the usual high standard of APL conference that we have all come to expect. Please join us in the spirit of community and cooperation that has been the hallmark of this dynamic and highly focused global family.
